We have some exciting news…

We are changing our church management/database software from Church Teams to Planning Center. This will allow us to manage all things related to West Side from one location, and you, our church family, will be able to utilize Planning Center's app titled "Church Center". This also means that our giving platform is changing. See more on that below.

 The Church Center App puts everything West Side Community Church right on your phone; offering a one-stop-shop where you can stay connected. Everything from finding a new small group to signing up for an event, checking your volunteer schedule, managing your household (address, email, phone numbers), watching a missed sermon, or connecting with other members—Church Center has all you need to stay updated and involved:

  • Search for a Group: Search through and join a small group that fits your season of life, your schedule or your location. Group leaders can share resources with the group, members can communicate with each other, and everyone can stay up-to-date in one place.

  • Check the Church Calendar: See upcoming church events and sign up for conferences and gatherings. If there is ticketed event, you can make your payment right through the app.

  • Easily Manage Your Volunteer Schedule: Respond to scheduling requests, communicate with your team, and stay up-to-date when your ministry leader makes changes.

  • Watch the Livestream: Watch the recording, listen to sermon audio, and take notes whenever you have to miss a Sunday gathering.

  • Manage Your Giving: View giving statements, manage recurring donations, and keep your giving information organized. You can give by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or ACH bank transfer.

  • Church Center gives you an easy way to stay connected to our people, ministries, events, and resources all in one easy to use app.

Now, for giving…

As noted above, you will be able to manage your online and recurring giving moving forward through the "Church Center" app.

Please Note: For those of you with recurring donations, be sure to cancel your recurring giving in Church Teams before setting up a new recurring donation in Church Center.  Here’s how: Go to https://www.tcwscc.com > Give > Login > Manage > My Giving > Cancel Recurring Giving. If you do not recall your username, contact Aaron at Aaron@tcwscc.com and she can get that for you.
