
Aaron Noble has been attending West Side Community Church since the fall of 2004. He married his wife, Amber, in 1992, and they have a son, Jacob, and a daughter, Bryce. Aaron and Amber returned to Traverse City in 1996 after living in Grand Rapids for 5 years. Aaron is a Territory Manager for Kellogg’s Company. He was elected to the West Side Community Church Board in January of 2008, and is excited to be involved in the decision-making for the new facility. He knows he was called to serve on the Board of Elders and hopes his involvement is pleasing to God.
Gary Mott was born in Grayling and raised in Traverse City since the age of 12. He is employed as a service manager at Kinney's Complete Auto. Gary is also expanding his personal furniture and architectual drafting business. Gary has been attending West Side since 2004 and married his wife Shawna in 2005. They have one child, born in August of 2009. Gary was elected to the Board of Elders in February of 2009 where he is excited to be a part of God's work. Gary serves as a Senior High Student Ministries Leader and on the Security Team.
Josh Hart was born and raised on the west side of Traverse City. He is employed as a design engineer for Kennametal. Josh is married to the beautiful Carrie Hart and has two children Seth and Gibson. Josh has been active in the church for most of his life. His heartbeat is for Christian Ministry with emphasis on leadership and teaching. Josh joined the Board of Elders in 2009. He also serves as a Senior High Youth Leader, Prayer Team member, Security Team member, and a Small Group leader. Josh is in awe of the spiritual growth that is taking place within West Side.

Shawn Thomas was born and raised in Traverse City. He is married to his lovely wife Jennifer. Shawn has 4 children: Matt, Cody, Billy & Emma. He is a territory manager for Wimsatt Building Materials. Shawn has a heart for men going through struggles in their marriages and also has a heart for the lost. "I love the people of West Side and their hearts."
